Video Set Two, Intermediate Exercises, introduces the proper use of Bal-A-Vis-X balls. Note: Bal-A-Vis-X is not a game or sport. Use of your personal sports skills in execution of these exercises—as opposed to careful adherence to our Bal-A-Vis-X techniques—will be counterproductive. Only using our techniques makes possible understanding of how to teach and modify exercises for the wide range of those who struggle for multiple physical/cognitive reasons. Techniques are shown in detail, often in isolation, throughout Disc Two.
