Exercises progress from one person passing one bag to partner, to multiple persons passing one bag while receiving a second bag while moving feet in varied synchronous patterns, to the tossing of bags. This Disc lays the rhythmic and procedural foundations for all Bal-A-Vis-X exercises. Content of this Disc is appropriate for all ages, 3 to 100+.
